I had a pleasant surprise today when I was called by FNB today and told that an electronic transfer I did in November last year was duplicated due to a banking error. I am impressed that the bank picked it up and informed me. It felt like finding money in a jacket that you haven't worn for a long time. I know I should be more vigilant and scrutinise my statements.
