Resetting One time password and Electronic banking

Please be advised for the 6 last month I can't get into my Electronic banking, i have been in to the bank time and time again to sort out the problem and time and time again nothing is fixed. I still can't go into electronic banking again the call centre has told me to go into the Branch again.
If Standard Bank does not want me as a client, please let me know so that I can take my service somewhere else.
