Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced

FNB Lambton has me sitting in the cue for over an hour!! Everytime I come to this Branch the Manager is nowhere to be found and every one has to sit in a cue for atleast an hour!! Only two teller are open and after helping one customer they close their desk and go on... well I don't know... lunch?? The one teller starts shouting at a customer because she is giving her "attitude"? Excuse me??! You are incompetent in doing your job and you want to tell a CUSTOMER that you will not help her if she gives you attitude?? This is absolutely unacceptable!! STAY AWAY FROM FNB LAMBTON!! I am extremely dissapointed and flabergasted at the lack of service at this branch, and the lack of assistance from managers and the people in charge!

Today I will close my FNB account and find a more professional and efficient bank!
