WHEN FNB IS ABOVE THE LAW? FIND ANOTHER BANK

I returned to the FNB Lambton branch for the 3rd time today to try and open a Trust account. I was informed by the branch manager (Rodger) that FNB doesn't accept my Letter of Authority issued by the Master of the South Gauteng High Court as it was done! He doesn't have a law degree and make accusations like this?! I contacted my lawyer while in the bank. My lawyer was shocked by the lack of knowledge of the branch manager and that FNB refused my Letter of Authority as it was issued "" by the Master of the South Gauteng High Court. Hope you have proof FNB, as this was quite a serious accusation to make. When your bank thinks they are above the law, you know it's time to find another bank and quickly 2!

Don't worry FNB, I will no longer be dealing with you anyway! Moving to an honest bank that doesn't accuse the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development of!
