Managers Attitude - Maybe Staff will Work Faste

I went to ABSA bank on Saturday morning, the Service is Very Slow especially at the Enquiries it doesnt matter what time u go to this Bank u got to always stand in the queue for abt 1hour or linger before getting to the teller.
It is not a Customer Srevice Friendly branch because even if u ask to see the Manager abt the queues she doesnt come out to the customers and if u do see her by chance she's got a very BAD Attitude for a Manager.
This is not my first or sec or third encounter in this Branch, its so bad that so many of us clients walked out from the Bank on Saturday. I tried to ask The Branch Manager if I cud leave my Details with her to sort out my Query and she just rudely replied and said that she is busy with a customer I must just have a seat, I cannot spend 2 to 3 hours in a Bank just to Enquire abt money that is going off my account without my knowledge and to cancell their expensive so called Savings when u Swipe ur Bank card for puchases and payments, it costs more to have that facility than u actually benefit from it. I'm very Dissapointed and Angry with the way the Manager answered me. She needs to Learn abt Customer Service.
