I have just had everything of what was in my account transfered from my savings account to my savings account by someone or something within Tyger Manor Branch. I have gotten 2 refernce numbers and been told there are issues at the moment. The only solution is to wait 3 days without money. so that they can do a reversal. how are people supposed to survive with no money.

To make matters worse, they have changed my savings account to an access account and now the card doesnt work. After 5 visits to N1 city branch, it still doesnt work. Everytime i draw money, it costs. STANDARD BANK are now at the top of my @#$% list.

Not even a sorry or any form of compensation. Im moving to FNB ASAP. the least they could do is reverse all my bank charges.
