Once again STANDARD BANK fails to delive

For the 2nd week in a row, i have gone without a phone call or any form of communication besides an SMS stating "Dear Customer, thank you for the oppourtunity to resolve your complaint. The reference number for the complaint is 34639194. Service Recovery Unit"

After being told i would have answers by Tuesday and promised a phone call, nothing has happened. I have no money to survive the month as Standard Bank thought it would be okay to deduct 2 installments with days of each other.

The Branch Manager in Tyger Manor has also tried to get hold of Sifiso, Clint, Thandi and a range of other people who just seem to be passing the buck along. This is the worst service i have ever experienced. To be a customer for over 23 years and get treated this badly, . I can understand why customers keep moving away.
