I recorded a complaint about Outsurance 8 days ago on Hello Peter. They responded very quickly and promised to have the situation resolved. The woman I dealt with called me back the next day (7days ago) after I had sent her relevant documents and she had passed them along to the people handling the case and promised it would be sorted within 24 hours. I said I needed it done so I could change insurance companies before the end of the month. She skirted around the fact that I wanted to change and would not give me info about the process. I also spoke to a man explaining the situation again and him also promising to have it sorted out. He said He would contact me the same day after I had spoken to him. I am still waiting 2 days later. Needless to say I have not heard from her or anyone else. I have both these peoples names.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with and I will tell anyone who wants to insure with them not too. I am disgusted. this company and service makes me sick. I hope anyone that reads this Never insures with them. Pathetic service
