I am stuck in the situation that my car was repaired incorrectly by a different insurance company and that motivated me to move to outsurance. unfortunately i cannot move away from that company until i have the issue sorted out. i have been moving my start date out ever since as i am not sure when this issue will be sorted or not. in middle January outsurance took the first debit order. i phoned the very next morning to tell them that i would like them to pause this as i don't want to pay for two insurance companies simultaneously
Danie - service manager advised me that he will get back (took a day and a half). after a chat they advised me that the money can be paid back but only if its starts on 1st of Feb. i asked if we could please move it out with another month so i can just sort my current insurance nightmare, Danie said no

I then advised him that i would like to cancel my 2 day old policy with Outsurance and i cannot afford to pay both companies. DANIES ATTITUDE CHANGE IMMEDIATELY, the amount theY deducted was R647 and they are only giving me back just over R200. FOR BEING WITH THE FOR 3 DAYS. even after i reported this the very next morning. its a JOKE. WORST EXPERIENCE
