Ond approved in march, declined and no explanatio

This is the worst ever experience i ever had with Nedbank, i applied for a bond which was approved and then a lady of forensic dep came to my house questioning my source of income (i am a financial advisor), she asked me questions with regards to the type of work that i do, my income exceeds the affordability to my understanding, my itc completely clean, banking with them for more than one year and they just declined it, i gave them all documents needed and plus they could see on my bank statements if there was any type of or whether i could not afford the bond, after being declined, spoke to everyone, even the lady who responded to the hello peter and guess what nothing, no answers at all, i feel my dreams and my family dreams shattered because of this, all i was told was that affordability, but when i spoke to my financial banker he informed me this could not be, please people do not go with this bank as they do not deliver and if this happened to you, please inform as many people of this
