No response on request of agent service

I'm writing this 3 hours after the accident

I was involved in a car accident where I followed all the procedures so that my claim may be processed. after going to the police station I then contacted SAU and oaksure broker with no avail. I then called santam insurance and talked to Nelson at around 20: 59 where he put me on hold for 30 minutes then ended the call without any Help.

My concern is that I'm supposed to report the accident within 24 hrs of which I'm afraid it may lapse.
