I logged a claim on the 29th of July 2013. Ten days later i'm still stuck with a damaged vehicle. The person who is responsible for my claim does not even bother to tell me what is going on. I have been calling to find out the progress but all I get from the "advisors" is that they will send her an email to call me back but she never does. I'm also told she is doing my previous insurance check. I have been hearing that story ever since i put the claim in. Nobody knows what it is that she is busy with. Today was a winner; the lady i spoke to told me my car is drivable and i should continue using it because there's nothing wrong with it and i will not get a courtesy car (which I've been paying for). How on earth can a call centre agent comment about the ability and safety of a car that was in an accident? So in essence I'm expected to be driving around with a damaged car indefinitely. Thanks MiWay for showing your true colours and "commitment" so early in our relationship. I really applaud the "competence" of your "advisors".
