I am complaining on behalf of my sister as she doesnt have access to the Internet. On the 26th of July 2013 my sister's account was cleaned out while she was on her way to work. It was pay day and she only realised during lunch that she had no money in her account. She went inside the branch and she was told that the money was withdrown around 7am while she was still commuting to work. The staff at the Vryheid Branch were very helpful and assisted her in logging a call with the SBSA Dept. Since then she has never been called back on feedback on how the investigation is going and when we called we were told they only give feedback after 10 to 15 days. We understand that this needs to be investigated but feedback is necessary to put a loyal customer at ease. How cases are being handled in SBSA is appaling as 15 days is a long time to get back to a client who now has no money to even go to work. Progress feeedback goes a long way in assuring someone. My sister is now scared to swop or even use the ATM and even considers changing Banks. Please help!!!
