I registered an accident claim 12 days ago, Miway are dragging their feet in validating my claim. 2 weeks have gone & I still do have a clue what is delaying the process. For over 3 years I never had an accident claim, only claimed for a wind screen but today when I need you most, you seem to be showing your true colors.

Having car insurance should give each driver a peace of mind but wit Miway you will be left frustrated & stressed. I am really disappointed with you guys, I think sometimes you forget that cars are insured due to accidents that occur on a daily basis but when it happens... you leave a person on the cold.

Are we having a 1 sided relationship where I am the only one scratching your back by paying my premiums in time, but when it's your turn I must beg to be scratched?

I am really disappointed...
