African Bank
BAD SERVICE - DONT TAKE LOAN @ AFRICAN BANK

I went to take out a loan at African Bank in Cape Town yesterday and everything was great. Zuko assisted me wonderfully and told me i was approved and we signed the contract and everything and told me the funds would be paid into my account that day he just needed to confirm my employment. then at 15h00 he smsed to say that i needed to sign another doc which i went to do before 5 and he said that he will go and make sure its paid immediately. Then at 17h45 there was still nothing in my account so i called Zuko as he told me that they only close at 17h00. obviously there was no answer at the branch and when i called the number i spoke to him on there was just voicemail. Then i called the call centre who told me that the app was still at the branch and he would sent it in the morning. I tried contacting him again this morning and he said he would call me back and now i am still waiting for the call. Actually ridiculous service as i have called in 3 times and gone to the branch and he was not there, and he still has not called me back and obviously there are no funds. I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE VOTED THE BEST???
