Cant get hold of anyone in accounts department

I opened a nedbank account as i wanted to move my account, i never got anything better from nedbank so i just opened a normal debit card account. I deposited R500 into that account. i then decided that i did not want that account any longer because i was being charged R54 a month for hardly using it, i then withdraw the balance of the money and tried calling there call centre to close the account, as i get through i get disconnected or call gets dropped. I am now receiving sms's to say my account has been handed over for a R36 and i still cannot get hold of the call center or the number that appears on the sms.
