Platinum Account holder billed for slow lounge

I always use the slow lounge facilities when flying, but this passed festive season ive been billed for every visit. Before you sign up for tha account you get told that its a perk u uget with the account. Now they say you have to qualify for it by swiping 5000 or more, i do more electronic transactions than that every month. I was debited R1500 for slow lounge visits in December as i did not qualify in november for the slow lounge. When i asked what changed they said they sent out comms and i can read the website, like who even reads the website??? Im very disappointed in FNB and im likely to take my business else where as this is the third time im having issues with FNB in a few months where as ive been a loyal and happy client for almost 10 years!!!
