Receiving faulty in-contact SMS's

For the last 4 months I have been receiving faulty "in-contact" SMS's from Nedbank. I have been calling Nedbank about this, and nobody can help me on-line. They want me to go into the bank and resolve this mistake, and as it not mistake, I cannot see why I should go in.
I have an active Home loan and Current account (which is not active) at Nedbank and the SMS's I am receiving is definitely not regarding my accounts.
I called the bank, they gave me a reference number and they told me that they will send me an e-mail when they have solved the problem.
To date I have not received anything.
My cell phone number is not new, as I have had it for the last 15 years.
I tried again today and nobody can pick up this reference number on the system, and say they cannot assist me by phone ans I have to go to the bank. This is completely unacceptable!
