Nedbank
Request for account to be closed

A few months ago, I had telephonically opened a cheque account with Nedbank. I had later called them to cancel this as I no longer saw the need to have another bank account. To my surprise the consultant did not follow my instruction. Ontop of that, Nedbank keeps texting me to collect the card and ay for the charges it has inclined, which I find is ridiculous because I closed this account.
