SO MUCH FOR WANTING TO KEEP A CLIENT

I phoned Virgin insurance two weeks ago. I asked them why my premiums keep increasing as I have not claimed in three years. I got a better quote some where else.
They said my policy will be reviewed on the 29th of July and they will call me back & I should not cancel my insurance.
So much for wanting to keep a client... I am still waiting for the call
