I have purchased R250.00 electricity voucher from an ATM in Grahamstown, as a matter of urgency.
We had sent sms on *120*41589*activation key*meter no.#, MANY TIMES using different cellphones as well.
The reply received was "We are unable to process your request. Please confirm that you have submitted the correct meter number. Maximum 11 digits" We had continuously bought elelctricity at Pick n Pay for a few years using the same meter number, and hereby confirm that the METER NO. is valid. We tried SMS's numerous times as well as e-mail [Email Removed] within period of 24 hours, I have also called (011) 523-3105, but no-one is available at all, and I received a reply of this Customer Service no.0861411411. I have called this number and was informed by Nompilo that MAKANA MUNICIPALITY is not linked, after she had spoken to someone regarding this query. Why is there no link with the Municipality especially when this utility is needed urgently? Is it possible for my money to be refunded if this query is not resolved?
