I went to the branch to deposited money, I was in a queue for long time, there was only one teller working.
No one was telling us what's happing, one lady went out for lunch, even though there was a long queue. I asked for the branch manager, they said the manager is in a meeting. It was lunch time some customers they left coz there was nothing happening. The staff and the manager they need to attend a customer service training or something. They treat customers like s
