I was utterly disappointed with the attitude and service delivery at the Sandton branch, as there was a long queue and only one person was working at the cash deposit teller section. A number of customers made the manager aware of the situation yet she was standing around and did nothing, as a manager you cannot send two of your stuff working in the same area for lunch at a pick hour. The manager had no contingency plan to better the situation at hand. One of her stuff refused to give me the manageress' name and surname and she said I must figure it out and write it down, she also through the deposit slip at me.
