It has been exceptionally frustrating trying to get hold of someone at MFC to provide me with a settlement confirmation.
My vehicle is paid up but I have not received any information from them regarding this or the registration papers etc. Great service indeed.
Then in calling (for days) to get hold of someone to ask for this information, I got told no, my Dad needs to contact them. So I asked if they could please contact him as I have had an awful experience trying to get through to someone. Again, the answer was no./
Then I asked to speak to a supervisor, and then I got put on hold - indefinitely!
Why is it that call centres are anything but helpful???

Companies are happy to take our money, but slack in doing ANY form of client service.
