I called in absa motor finance document and settlement departments and was helped by two different, friendly and helpful people who made sure that while they kept me on hold, they kept assuring me that they still busy with my queries and i should hold for few seconds which is something you hardly get from other companies, they will just tell you to hold and play you music as to how long you hold it does not matter. Thumbs up for absa motor finance department and i hope to be their client again one day :-)
