Unauthorised debit orde

Hi

I had a debit order of R60 going off from my Capitec account with REF:557142935. I don't have a clue what it is about and I don't think I ever authorised to debit my account. I tried calling the numbers that I was given by the bank but i was sent to pillar to post with no one who taking accountability and I have been given numbers to call but with no luck as got transferred from 1 agent to another.
