Unauthorised debit orde

I inspected my bank statement and noted that there were two debit orders paid from my account on 01/08/2013 to Telesure of R60 and R65 respectively.

I have never heard of Telesure and I have never used their services and i certainly never authorised a payment to be made from my account. I would like to request a FULL refund of these balances as soon as possible as this is unacceptable!!
