They are NOT the cheapest /Refuse to cancel policy

We phone the call centre to cancel our insurance policy we send them n mail on their web site to cancel their policy but with no luck!!! Yet again they deduct there premiums??? I move the Mutual and federal they are R500.00 cheaper you are not the cheapest!!! PLEASE cancel my policy ASAP!!! Does not help calling to talk the to supervisor he won't cancel it I had it with them!!!
