Waste of Money Time!

What's the point of paying for Prestige Banking when you cannot deliver on any of the services you claim to offer Prestige clients. I'm trying to have a will drafted, but choose to use a personal banker... what a joke they do not work on Saturdays so I cannot get an appointment, I have to go an queue in the bank!!! After calling into your contact center twice, wasting 10 minutes of my time on the phone and having to clarify to your consultant that its actually your system and not him thats an hinderance to customer service... I think this guy forgot somewhere in the manual that I'm the customer... not him!
