I took funeral cover with 21Century in 2003/09/05; our agreement was to deduct R170 premium on the 15 of each month. It was May 2012 when I notice that another R180.00 deduction from 21 st Century with different policy number is taking take. I went to their offices in Midarand to rectify the problem R1060 was refunded on the 19/07/2012; but that R180.00 deduction was not solved I phone them they promise to solve it. The problem was not solved and I decided to visite thier offices again; I meet the lady by the name Nadia (consultant) who promise to help and she established that both policies cover the same people and it started in 2003/09/15. She promise to refund me all the premiums but she need authorisation; the total amount now is R19280.00.
I need help to get my refund and stop deducting the R180.00
