Misleading sales of policy, failing to clarify

I was wrongfully insured with channel life from 2009 with channel life. Their broker sold me a dreamweaver policrey which is actual a funeral cover instead of investment. They conviniently started with deduction of monthly premium before the send me document for verification.
I phoned them since 2010 and they couldnt track down my policy hence i refused the funeral policy especially because even my names were wrong.

According to Channel life my new name is Zukiswa which they later rectified. I then called them to inform that I actually applied for investment policy which was coupled with funeral cover as an added benifit and the process did work out for me.
I then went to the branch Houghton for cancellation requested to surrender the policy but was told it does not have surrender value, to my suprised they are still deducting my money.
I want refund for my money
