11:30 was attended by Ronny Moonsamy at reception who told me I needed to wait to see a consultant in order to get a letter confirming that there was in my account. At 11:50 according to Nico Havenga I can only get that letter from the dept & he called them. I don't get it why put someone so incompetant at reception & make customers wait unnecesarily? Sat on the phone & the it wasnt answered couple of times where only music was played until it went off. Went to the internet booth & printer wasn't working, went back to Nico & he told me to wait he was busy with another customer of which I did by trying to print a payment on internet. At 12:30 which was 10min later I went back to him & asked him how much longer do I need to wait. He told me the printer issue he can fix but I still needed to wait on the phone till they answer in which I refused because I waited long enough. Nico refused to write this letter himself & I asked to see a manager but he told me the manager was in a meeting, I asked for a second in charge he told me they don't have. I then insisted on seeing someone superior than him & ask if dept wasn't part of stdbank. Now this is unacceptable too poor.
