I have always been happy with the service received from African Bank so I honestly do not know what happened this time.
I applied for a loan last week Wednesday, contract signed and my credit card given to me, but till now I have not heard anything from them and the loan is still now paid into my account. I have called the call centre on numerous occassions and no one can give me an answer or someone to speak to.
I was promised it will be in my account within 48 hours but it is now 5 days later.
