Illegal/Unaothorized Deduction

I was contacted in early July from ABSA VAF, to update my Vehicle Insurance details, which I did and submitted. I received confrimation of this. I then received a text message from ABSA on the 22 July to infrom me that because I had not submitted my insurance details, there were going to deduct an addtional R1524.34, of my account, for insurance? I then phoned them, explaining that I had submitted my updatted details, and then resubmitted. I then followed up on the 23rd, to be told that they have a back log, bit are busy updatting. I called them again on the 24th and i was told the same, however they had made a note of this on their records. Needelss to say, at month end, they dedcuted this monies. I tried calling on Friday morning, no answer, I sent their division a mail, no answer, I then logged a complaint n thier website. no answer.
