After not receiving any money from Bluelakesa, I made an enquiry and was told that there was no information on me or my account with Bluelakesa. I was then passed around from pillar to post and eventually someone came back to me and said that they have found my details and could I please confirm that I had received a Tata vehicle. That was the incorrect vehicle. They also told me that I had not submitted my insurance details. How was I able to then have taken collection of the vehicle if I had not submitted the insurance details?
I was then asked to confirm my banking details and was told that on my account it was listed as an ABSA account. I have not had an ABSA account in over -5 years. This was not on the account any more even though it had been uploaded twice. All the previous photos have been removed, and no one seems to know where they have gone or how they were deleted. I have received at least 3 (three) different login & password codes since the beginning. When we contacted the help desk as the first login & password codes did not work we were informed that Bluelakesa had issued a new set. How can they just change the original and then not even inform me. I have been
