I just received an sms from the RCS card department for payment due??? Why would I have any payment due where as I requested both the GAME CARD and the RCS CARD TO BE CANCELLED, Letter of cancellation was faxed in June already and confirmed that you have received and it will be cancelled in '34 OR 30 DAYS' *STUPID RULE* It is now WHAT, HOW MANY DAYS THE REQUEST HAS BEEN SENT? Until TODAY both accounts are still opened, WHY IS IT SOOOO DIFFICULT FOR YOU PEOPLE TO CANCEL THESE ACCOUNTS???
