Finchoice you need to review your policies and they should accomodate clients, transparency should be promoted cause in your website its called kwikdraw and i really dont think that its still within 24 hours as stated. I am a client at Finchoice its my right to be treated with courtesy and respect. I applied for a quickdraw on a Friday 02/08/13 and i was told that i will recieve a call and i asked when more or less should i expect the call the gentleman i spoke with could not tell i mean you need to know one thing you attract your clients and retain them when you making business. I gave the ample period i waited from friday up until today and today i called checking the status and i was told that they could not proceed with with my application i must wait for the person who started doing my application i find it very bad to wait for someone you are not sure whether he/she will comeback. The business needs to proceed, you need to strategise. I hate the fact that one of your call centre agents kept on threatening me about losing his job when proceeding with my application and i persisted then he ended up doing it if its done. I regard this as a bad experience ever.
