Paying for no service

Good day

I would like to express my dissapointment with Scorpion legal, I joined them about 3months ago and to date I dont even have a membership card, I have logged 2 complains with them one was with a service provider and the other one with a rental agency that refused to give back my deposit, I was assisted by Zakhele Zulu who did his part of the job by submitting the complaints, and that was done in the begining of July, and today is 2013/08/05 I havent heard anything, I was assisted by the rental tribunal to get my deposit.

I got my money back elsewhere for free within a week, so please dont reply about how sorry you are and allocating someone to assist because I shouldnt have to write to hellopeter to get your attention or call numerous times as you dont remind me to pay my monthly premium so I expected the same treatment from you, not to be treated like just a number, part of the statistics which add profit to your company. You are the first insurance company I thought of and I must say your tv ads are quite convincing.

Please urgently my emailing the fax and email address for cancellation and reverse the last premium you debited on the 31 July. Tnc for nothing!
