Bad Debt

Good day, I went under Debt Review in 2010. On 1/3/2013 according to Finchoice the outstanding balance was R 196.71. Today I get a call from Attorneys that I have been handed over for an amount of R 4 500. How can this be? How can Finchoice hand me over to Attorneys if I'm under Debt Review? I am very upset, this is the third company that have handed me over in ERROR to Attorneys while I'm under Debt Review? I would like Finchoice to rectify this error.
