Someone took money on my behalf from finchoice

A consultant phoned me to offer me to take a kwickdraw, I refused taking it but now when I check my account it was taken on my behalf and now its appears on my loan balance as if I am the one used it. I think a employee took it on my behalf I want finchoice to discipline their employee I'm so angry because I said thank you I do not need the kwikdraw but now it has been used and it was not deposited in my bank account but on finchoice account it appears as if I took it and has added on my loan balance. I am not happy at all with the situation
