I have apply for a kwikdraw from Finchoice which was granted to me.

When I have to pay the money back I had some problems with finances.

Finchoice sometimes phoned me 3 x a day to find out when I will pay the money.

I made an arrangement with them to pay the money on the 25 October 2013. which I did.

When my salary was paid on the 29 October 2013 they deduct the amount again from my account.

I phoned them and e-mailed them to transfer the money back into my account. They told me it will take 2 days.

It is a week later and I have no response from them.

Please help me!!
