Extra payment on my bond

My bond was restructured then Nedbank give me the new amount that i have to pay then i add extra amount on top, now is 2 to3 years maybe paying the bond. Last month i go to Nedbank i ask them if is possible for to withdraw that extra money they told me is not possible but i cant understand their reasons
