Nedbank do not help, they do legal procedings

Nedbank is suing me. While I am paying more than half my income for a student loan monthly. They can not wait 2 years they want it now. While I have to pay the harassing legal procedures, even while their logic according to the attorney working for Nedbank is a example of incompetence.
