RCS quick to complain, slow to repay

In December 2012 i phoned to obtain my settlement amount for my account with RCS group. the amount was R4127.64. i then did an EFT and emailed and faxed my proof of payment to [Email Removed] as i was instructed by the callcentre. on January 2nd i received notification from my bank of R462 that went off on debit order to rcs. I phoned the callcenter again and explained how i settled the amount a month prior and then asked why the R4127.64 was not allocated. they could not answer me. i was forced to go and fetch proof of payment and email it to them for allocation again. afterwards i phoned to find out what is going on, the lady said it has been allocated and my account is now in a R465. i asked when i will get my money back and i was told to send my bank statements to them proving the debit order went off, i followed the instructions to the T. i phoned again after i was told ill have my money in 48Hrs but received nothing. then they said the payment was not allocated yet and admin will contact me shortly. i have fought and kept my end clean and now they owe me money but seems to refuse payments. nobody knows what is going on and this is now going on for week #3.
