Previously complaint (6 Nov 2012) with quite quick reaction from FNB (Ref no 226620) refers. I accompanied my mother visiting the branch on 10 Nov. It was proven that FNB unrightfully debited her account with fees (Aug/Sept/Oct/Nov) and it has been agreed that all fees will be reversed. As the Branch Manager will be on a training course on 12/13Nov, her 2IC will confirm reversals on 14 or 15 Nov. As my mom were not informed she visited the branch again on 5 Jan 2013 requesting another statement on her current account, which only noted the reversal of 2 months and not 4 months as agreed. Then to be told she needs to provide statements as the bank cannot "check" the other debits. THIS IS A FIRST! Once again she went back to the branch with her statements. Then to be advised on 20 Jan they will not credit her account as the debits are older than two months. ANOTHER A FIRST! She originally complaint in branch on 2 Oct and when same was not sorted we logged complaint on HelloPeter and after visiting the branch we thought this saga will be resolved. Please can somebody senior at FNB get involved and get the unauthorised debits reversed. PLEASE FNB GET YOUR ACT RIGHT!
