I have a loan with old mutual with benefits. i am supose to get R980.00 EVERY month as part of my benefits
but it was stopped becouse i am on debt review, but i had witdraw my application with debt review only after 3 days i submited it. my debt councillor did the neccesary proceedure to withdraw me they even faxed a section 17.4 letter that shows that i am no longer on debt review all of my creditors dont have a problem they had put back my status as it was before, but old mutual they refuse even if they have my section 17.4 letter with them, even one consultant told me that they did receive it but they wont give my benefit as this is being procced and first they told me it their turn around time is 48hrs ofwich it is now 60hrs since i submit my section 17.4 letter. the bottom line old mutual is not a good compony to do business with.
as they bridge our contract. but my attorney is busy hadling the matter.
