3rd time calling RCS regarding dispute since June

I called RCS department, I was told I will be contacted after 7 as they have to request for a voucher from the merchant. I called again yesterday was told that Vaneasa is only coming in T 3 I was told that she is the only person that can help as the query was assigned to her. I was told that the manager has been given to her manager and she will definitely call me. I'm still waiting for her call or at least an SMS.
