BEWARE OF RCS CARDS BEING USED AT PEP CELL

I had an incident where my card was cloned, I called RCS was told that I need to get an affidavit from the police, copy of my ID SIGNED BY A COMMISSIONER OF OATH AND 3 WITNESS AND LASTLY THE FRONT AND THE BACK OF MY CARD. That I did and went to Spitz in Westgate on the 12th of July to have the docs sent to RCS. I was told that I WILL GET AN ANSWER WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS. I waited for at least 10 days as no one was coming back to me. I called today spoke to Vanessa and she told me she will only start working on my query today as she's got a lot of work. I was told again I WILL ONLY HAVE AN ANSWER AFTER 7 DAYS AS THEY HAVE TO REQUEST FOR A VOUCHER FROM THE MERCHANT, IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 7 DAYS NOT KNOWING IF SOME ONE WILL BE ATTENDING TO MY MATTER AS IT IS MONTH END AND I NEED TO PAY THIS ACCOUNT. EVERY TIME YOU CALL RCS YOU GET SEND FROM PILLAR TO POST SENDING AN EMAIL YOU HAVE TO CALL AFTER 10 MINUTES TO CONFIRM IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT, ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO GIVE CASES SOME LIL ATTENTION IF ITS NOT TOOOOO MUCH TOOO ASK CAN SOMEBODY AT RCS PLEASE HELP
