Said I can capitalise and restructure the payment

Applied for a personal loan with Nedbank. Asked Keshni if I can deposit a lump sum and capitalise it and restructure the instalment within the next few months. She confirmed I can. Went and confirmed with her again on 30.07.2013. Again she said yes, said I must phone no on my letter, tell them to capitalise lump sum and restructure my instalment. She even quoted the new instalment to me if I reduced the loan amount when I applied. When I phoned personal loans to do this I was told I can put the money in but they dont restructure instalments. Sent a complaint to complaints department that I am unhappy about being misinformed, this has a great influence on my budget. Jason told me if I dont have it in writing I don't have a leg to stand on. Whatever happened to FIAS Compliant and fit and proper advice?
