I need to restructure my loan repayments been trying to get someone to help me with this but i cant get help see below copy of mail i sent to an address collections gave me but nobody replied.

Good day

I've been trying to contact you regarding my personal loan on 011 354
5021/2 but the lady that picked up told me she doesn't deals with
arrangements for personal loans and collections keep giving me this
number.

Please see my ID Number on the subject as I would like to know if I
still can not restructure my monthly installments as I'm still having
financial difficulties, if possible I wanted to extend my monthly
repayments so that it lowers my installment. If it was possible to add
together the money i still owe plus the interest i owe and come up
with a lower monthly installment that I can afford may be?

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
